After the molten steel is cast and solidified, the molten steel is held for &gt;=5 minutes at the temp. above the recrystallizable lower limit temp. of austenite and below 1300 deg.C while the steel is at above the Ar2 point temp. and is then subjected to rolling of &gt;=10% of the casting thickness in the temp. region above the recrystallizable lower limit temp. of austenite.
