CUTTING AND TRANSPLANTING EQUIPMENT FOR CULTURED PLANT

PURPOSE:To make possible to technologically produce a large amount of plant tissue by connecting plural rooms with pass doors and performing sterilizing and cover- opening of culturing box, cutting, transplanting and cover-shutting, and transferring to outside in turn, with passing through said rooms. CONSTITUTION:The subject equipment is composed of: a culturing box 6 comprising main body 6b and cover 6a and culturing plant for cutting in sealed state; a sterilizing and washing room 1 sterilizing and washing only outside of said culturing box 6 in which plant is cultured; cutting space for setting main body 6b of culturing box for cutting and transplanting space for setting culturing box 6b for transplanting; a cutting and transplanting device 28 cutting cultured plant 26 in the culturing box 6b for cutting in the cutting space to sclerite 27-like in a taken-off state of the cover 6a and transplanting said sclerite into the main body 6b of culturing box for transplanting; a cutting and transplanting room 3 in aseptic condition; and a transferring room 4 shutting the cover 6a of the culturing box 6b for transplanting transplanted in the cutting and transplanting room 3 in aseptic condition and taking out. Furthermore, the rooms 1-4 are connected in series through pass doors 5 and a vacant box- sterilizing room 7 sterilizing and washing vacant box and supplying said box to the transplanting space of the cutting and transplanting room 3 is provided in adjacent to said cutting and transplanting room 3.
