DOCUMENT PREPARING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To prepare an exact and beautiful document by designating a position on a document image, calculating a display position and a printing position of an inputted character from a mutual position relation of an input document and a document image input means and a document printing means, and printing a prepared document in a position on a calculated document. CONSTITUTION:A relative position between a form, and a scanner 99 and a printer 96 is determined in advance, and from a position relation of a document image displayed on a display 95 and a display symbol, a printing position of the form is calculated by using a relative position relation of a composite function terminal. Subsequently, a character-string for showing the contents of the display symbol is printed in a prescribed position of the calculated form by using the printer 96. Also, coordinate information of the display symbol and the corresponding character code, and a character attribute are stored in an external storage 94, and when plural sheets of documents of the same format are prepared, a misalignment of the document printed from that time and the document stored already is corrected from store data and correction data of the display document. In such a way, a beautiful document having no error can be prepared.
