description PURPOSE:To control adhesive strength in adhering two materials to be adhered, by forming rough and slip surface parts to the surface to be adhered of at least either one of the materials to be adhered in a predetermined area ratio. CONSTITUTION:For example, rough and slip surface parts 13, 14 are formed to the surface to be adhered of an aluminum plate 11 in a predetermined area ratio. The rough surface parts 13 are arranged in a scattering state to become high adhesive strength parts due to anchoring and fastener effects while the slip surface parts 14 are arranged in a lattice form to become low adhesive strength parts. In an adhesion method, ink is printed on the surface to be adhered of the degreased aluminum plate 11 at first using a screen printing machine. A printing pattern consists of a lattice like printing part 21 and a non-printing part 22. After printing, the aluminum plate is immersed in an NH4Cl solution to perform the etching of the non-printing part 22. After etching, the aluminum plate 11 is immersed in an aqueous H2SO4 solution to release the printed ink and a fluororesin film 12 is laminated to the aluminum plate thus treated using a hot press machine.
