DOUBLE DUCT TYPE AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE:To generally execute controls of room temperature and room pressure by one control system by regulating cold air supply amount and hot air supply amount to maintain the room temperature at a set temperature, and providing control means for regulating the total amount of the cold and hot air supplying amounts to maintain the room pressure at a set pressure. CONSTITUTION:A cold air side damper 6 is provided as cold air flowrate regulating means for regulating cold air supply amount Qc to a room 1 in a branch cold air supply passage 5 from a main cold air supply passage 2, and a hot air side damper 8 is provided as hot air flowrate regulating means for regulating hot air supply amount Qw to the room 1 in the branch hot air supply passage 7 from a main hot air supply passage 3. A constant air flow rate unit 10 for automatically maintaining a discharge amount to a set value is provided in a branch discharge passage 9. A room temperature sensor 11 and a room pressure sensor 12 are provided in the room 1, and a controller 13 for automatically operating the dampers 6, 8 on the basis of the detection information of the sensors 11, 12 to generally execute a feedback room temperature control for regulating to maintain the detected room temperature to a set temperature and a feedback room pressure control for regulating to maintain the detected room pressure to a set pressure by the regulation of supply and discharge amount balance is disposed.
