Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To conveniently repair the defective part of a coating film by removing the dust, oil droplets, and coating film on the minute defective part of the coating film with a cutting machine to form a minute recess on the coating film surface, filling the recess with a repairing paint, and curing the paint. CONSTITUTION:The dust, oil droplets, and coating film on the minute defective part 6 caused by the deposition of the dust 5, oil droplets, etc., are removed with the cutting machine 15 to form a minute recess 8 on the coating film surface. The repairing paint 10 is deposited in the recess 8, the region practically corresponding to the recess 8 is irradiated by a processing laser beam 11 to melt the paint 10, and the paint 10 flows and is then cured in the recess 8. As a result, the defective part can be conveniently repaired without needing time and effort, and the coating film performance is hardly deteriorated.
