FACSIMILE TRANSMITTER

PURPOSE:To insert many destination names, etc., between arbitrary pages of a document by providing a destination name input circuit, a format circuit, an inter-page inserting circuit, etc. CONSTITUTION:A destination name which has been inputted from an operating part 1 is sent to a format circuit 3 through a destination name input circuit 2, and the circuit 3 outputs picture information of a format to which the destination name has been input. An inter-page inserting circuit 4 switches a picture signal sent out of a picture signal circuit 5 and picture information sent out of the circuit 3 to a page unit and sends it to an encoding circuit 6. When an output signal of the inter-page inserting circuit 4 is 'H', and AND gate 7 is opened, the picture signal from the picture signal circuit 5 is outputted from an OR gate 8, and when the output signal of the circuit 4 is 'L', an AND gate 9 is opened by an inverter, and the picture information from the format circuit 3 is outputted from the OR gate 8. A control part 10 controls the circuit 4, and inserts the picture information of the format circuit 3 into between arbitrary pages.
