As a result, the planet roller 6 is driven by the driving roller 14 and deflected, accordingly a pressure piece 7 depresses an arm 16 and an electric contact comes into contact with a prescribed position of the IC card 13. In such a way, it does not occur that the appearance of the IC card 13 is spoiled by a scratch, and an electrical connection for giving and receiving the data can be executed surely.
