In order to balance a lifting force generated by the S-direction winding rod with a reverse lifting force by increasing the reverse lifting force due to its increase caused by its large diameter, the spiral rod is wound in length l in the S direction, while the S-direction aiding rod is wound in length 3l in the Z-direction. Thus, the Z-direction winding part perpendicular to the S-twisted wire can be increased in its length, thereby increasing the length of a zone effective in prevention of snow adhesion.
