CONSTITUTION:The maximum slant angle of an oscillating plate 7 is regulated integrally with a swash plate 6 by a maximum slant angle regulating means so as to be capable of realizing the maximum compressing capacity suitable for refrigerant R-22. The maximum slant angle regulating means is provided with a projected piece or a stopper 201 at the side of a rotor for the swash plate 6 so as to be faced to a rotor 5. The stopper 201 is constituted so that the stroke of a piston becomes maximum when the projected end of the stopper 201 is abutted against the rotor 5 and according to this method, the maximum capacity of a compressor may be regulated so as to be capable of realizing the maximum compressing capacity suitable for the refrigerant R-22.
