METHOD AND DEVICE FOR WINDING COIL OF MICROCHIP

PURPOSE:To easily wind a coil by passing a coil winding passing tool having an elastic member provided with an opening part having a size through which a coil winding can be passed through the small hole of a ferrite core, moving it after one end of the coil winding through the opening part and passing the coil winding through the small hole. CONSTITUTION:A coil winding passing tool 4 having a cross-sectional area able to pass through a small hole 8 formed through a ferrite core 6 of a microchip head 5 and having in its center part an elastic member 9 provided with an opening part 4a having the size through which even a normal-sighted person can pass a coil winding 10 by handworking is passed through a small hole 8 of the ferrite core. After one end 10a of the coil winding 10 is passed through the opening part 4a, the coil winding passing tool 4 is moved, the coil winding is passed through the small hole 8 and this is repeated. Since the coil of the microchip head 5 is thus wound, even the normal-sighted worker whose near sight is not so good can pass the coil winding 10 through the small hole 8 formed through a ferrite core and wind the core easily.
