Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To provide a dairy dish-stuffed bread having tastes such as an original flavor of the dairy dish, by stuffing a noodle belt-covered dairy dish into the bread. CONSTITUTION:The dairy dish-stuffed bread is prepared by stuffing a noodle belt-covered dairy dish into the bread. Further, the bread wholly can be subjected to a frying treatment. The dairy dish-stuffed bread can be also changed into the following intermediate distribution products (a) and (b) which can be frozen or refrigerated for the storage thereof. (a) The first intermediate distribution product prepared by stuffing a noodle belt-covered dairy dish into a block material comprising a primarily fermented dough and wholly subjected to a freezing treatment. (b) The second intermediate distribution product prepared by stuffing a noodle belt-covered dairy dish into a block material comprising a secondarily fermented dough and wholly subjected to a whitely baking treatment. Since the dairy dish stuffed into the bread is covered with the noodle belt in the dairy dish-stuffed bread, moisture contained in the dairy dish itself does not transfer to the surrounding bread dough, thereby permitting to taste the original flavor of the dairy dish on a meal. |
