In accordance with this fitting-in, the driving shaft 180 is inserted through a through hole for axis inserting 174 and an engaging groove 181 is engaged to an engaging tongue 176, and by following up a rotation of the driving shaft 180, a photosensitive body 20 rotates as one body with this driving shaft 180. In such a way, a principal axis for passing through extending from its one end to the other end becomes unnecessary for the photosensitive body 20, and the weight decreases.
