An elevating device 4 is lowered, and the containers 30 arranged in order are gripped from the outside by means of a gripping device, now shown. The elevating device 4 is then raised, and is moved onto a pellet 6 to contain the gripped containers 30. During this movement, the containers 30 equivalent to those at a next stage are arranged in order, and are conveyed in a similar manner described above onto the pallet 6 to pile them up, in order. This constitution enables accurate piling up of the containers in a short time. |
