description | PURPOSE:To obtain aggregate structure in which axes be easily magnetized are aligned in a rolling direction by adding specific amounts of Mn and S to a magnetic alloy consisting of specific ratios of Fe, Cr, Co, and performing cold rolling and high-temp. annealing. CONSTITUTION:Molten alloy prepd. by adding 0.05-2% Mn to a magnetic alloy consisting of 20-31% Cr, 6-24% Co and the balance Fe is cast to an ingot. Thence, the ingot is subjected to cold rolling of about >=40% draft, and is annealed at >=1,000 deg.C temp. In the stage before this annealing, 0.005-0.2% S is beforehand added. The cold rolling and annealing are repeated >=2 times and it is preferable to carry out annealing for about >=0.25hr for the purpose of the secondary recrystallization. The aggregate structure of (110) [001] bearings is obtained by the secondary recrystallization. After the annealing, solubilizing treatment is accomplished at below the secondary recrystallization temp. for the purpose of co-phase formation of the structure, and the heat treatment in magnetic field and aging treatment are accomplished. |
