CONSTITUTION:A compound shown by formula I [R is saturated or unsaturated cycloalkyl, cycloalkyl lower alkyl, phenyl, heterocyclic group, etc.; A is -CO-, -SO2- or -OC(=O)-] is electrolytically reduced at room temperature -80 deg.C and the formed anionic seed is reacted with a compound shown by formula II (X and Y are halogen; B is alkylene which may contain double bond) to give a compound shown by formula III or formula IV. An aprotic polar solvent such as DMF or methanol is used as the solvent and a quaternary ammonium salt is preferable as a supporting electrolyte.
