RESIN IMPREGNATING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obtain the title device capable of carrying out varnish impregnation of constant qualities, wherein nonwoven fabric or fiber cloth is immersed in plural varnish impregnating baths having successively raised liquid levels, the varnish solution is made to flow in a counter current, deaerating the varnish solution from the bath of the lowest liquid level in vacuum and reusing the varnish solution. CONSTITUTION:Nonwoven fabric or fiber cloth fed from a supplying device is immersed through a guide roll 6 in a first impregnating bath 12A. Then the fabric or fiber cloth is successively immersed in plural impregnating baths 12B and 12C constructed to have higher liquid levels of varnish according to the order of passage and sent to the following process. In the course of the continuous impregnation with the varnish, the each impregnating bath is arranged in such a way that the varnish solution flowing out from the varnish bath 12C of the highest liquid level is successively made to flow in the varnish baths 12B and 12A of lower liquid levels and the varnish solution sent from the bath 12A of the lowest liquid level is deaerated through a storage tank 9 by a vacuum degassing pump 15, returned to the bath 12C of the highest liquid level and reused.
