Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To unify the thickness of a sheet-shaped electrode and improve the workability of the post-process and the yield of a cell by using a positive electrode black mix added and kneaded with polyvinyl butyral as a binder and dibutyl phthalate as a plasticizer to an active material mainly made of manganese dioxide. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode black mix added and kneaded with polyvinyl butyral as a binder and dibutyl phthalate as a plasticizer to an active material mainly made of manganese dioxide is used. When polyvinyl butyral and dibutyl phthalate are used as the binder and the plasticizer respectively, the black mix with a large binding force and a good spreading property is obtained. When polyvinyl butyral is used as the binder, the viscosity of the black mix after kneading rarely rises. When this black mix is coated on a porous current collector, coating irregularities are eliminated. A sheet-shaped electrode with a smooth surface and a uniform thickness is thereby obtained, the workability is improved and defects are reduced. |
