Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a biaxially oriented styrene resin sheet which is excellent in transparency, toughness, moldability, etc., and has a shortened molding cycle, by constituting it from a polystyrene of a specified MW containing a specified amount of an internal lubricant. CONSTITUTION:A polystyrene of a weight-average MW of 200,000-330,000, containing 0.8-2.5wt.% internal lubricant (e.g., mineral oil or liquid paraffin), is fed to an extruder and extruded into a sheet, which is biaxially oriented to produce a biaxially oriented styrene resin sheet. Because the obtained styrene resin sheet is excellent in moldability, it has a shortened molding cycle in the vacuum forming or pressure forming, and because it is excellent in toughness, it can be prevented from causing draft cracking in trimming a molding.
