The discharge straw cutter 7 consists of a cutting part 13 and a guide passage frame 14 and the cutting part 13 is provided with raking rotors 17 on one 15 of two parallel rotating shafts 15 and 16. Disk blades 18 are provided on the other 16. The periphery of the guide passage frame 14 is surrounded by guide plates 19 and diffusing blades 21 are placed on a rotating shaft 20 therein and provided under the cutting part 13 to diffuse the cut discharge straws. |
