description PURPOSE:To sense the generation of an abnormality even when an operator does not stand by on a monitor board by radio transmitting the output sound information of a terminal equipment to the portable input and output terminal equipment of a remote place through a decentralized relay from a talking circuit network terminal. CONSTITUTION:Information collected by a sensor 11 is applied to a main computer 14 through an interface 13 by a microcomputer 12. The computer 14 inputs and outputs an instruction to a display device 15, a keyboard 16 and a magnetic disk 17. A personal computer 19 is connected through a controller 18. To the personal computer 19, a file 20 and a Japanese language input and output machine 21 are connected. The talking circuit network terminal 25 and the microcomputer 12 are connected through the sound generating board 23 of the personal computer and an interface 24 for radio input and the microcomputer. To the terminal 25, the plural decentralized relays 27 in which a speaker 25 and a FM transmitter/receiver are incorporated are connected to communicate with the FM transmitter/receiver incorporated in the portable input and output terminal equipment 28. According to this constitution, an instruction and an operation can be executed even from the remote place if required to automatically control and monitor and require no resident staffs on a console panel.
