FIXED QUANTITY TYPE STEAM GENERATOR

PURPOSE: To miniaturize a steam generator and save energy by providing a pipe heater and a water-supply pipe for surrounding it in an inner cylinder being concentrically provided with the outer cylinder of the steam generator, filling a filler with a small specific heat at the remaining space, and directly controlling a heater according to the temperature of the surface of the heater. CONSTITUTION: An inner cylinder 3 is provided with a steam well 2 at an area to an outer cylinder 1 at the center of a steam generator outer cylinder 1. Then, a pipe heater 6 for empty blowing constantly controls a heater surface temperature by thyristor power control. Also, a filler 9 of an inner cylinder transfer heat and diffuse water from the surface of the pipe heater 6 and is preferably made of a substance with a small specific heat for improving the starting of the pipe heater. Then, water being supplied into the inner cylinder 3 through a water-supply pipe 8 from a quantitative pump is heated and becomes steam while being diffused between the heater 6 and the filler 9. In this manner, vaporization can be made instantly, thus changing the amount of steam supply by changing the amount of water supply and also improving following properties.
