In this time, the thick central part 2 and the thin side parts 3, 3 are rolled by respective drafts of =50% after the bar strip is annealed at a temp. in 300-650 deg.C. By performing the annealing and rolling at least one time, a protrudent section bar strip 1 having good dimensional accuracy is manufactured with the good material yield.
