Simultaneously, the carrier 10 is moved to the front limit position near the deck 42 by a driving device 20, and the held and carried cartridge 2 is quickly loaded into the insertion/ ejection hole of the deck 42, and the disk stored in the cartridge 2 is read in the deck 42. Thus, the cartridge 2 is smoothly and stably inserted/ejected and carried.
