Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition having good moldability and markedly improved compression permanent characteristics, by mixing a vinyl chloride resin with a specified vinyl chloride/maleimide copolymer and a plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition mainly consisting of 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin of an average degree of polymerization >=1000, 20-400 pts.wt. vinyl chloride copolymer comprising 20-80wt.% vinyl chloride monomer component and 80-20wt.% maleimide or its N-substituted derivation and 20-300 pts.wt. plasticizer. Examples of said vinyl chloride resin include a resin of an average degree of polymerization >=1000, desirably, 2000-5000, obtained by homopolymerizing a vinyl chloride monomer, a copolymer of an average degree of, desirably, 2000-5000, such as a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer, vinylidene chloride and post-chlorinated vinyl chloride resins.
