With the further variation of the relative speed the main rotary shaft 10 center O and the center O2 of the crank shaft 14 coincide with, the eccentric amt. of the main rotary shaft 10 and crank shaft 14 becomes zero and the eccentric amt. can be continuously varied in the max. and min. amt. in the specified range.
