DEVICE FOR STRIPPING SURFACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To improve workability and to prevent diffusion of contaminants by projecting a chipping machine and a guide member which is mounted via an elastic member to the chipping machine, is projected with vane bodies internally in a radial direction and has an air variable inflow port to the title device. CONSTITUTION:An air hose is connected to the end of a grip part 2 of the air hammer type chipping machine 1 and a sliding guide 7 is mounted to the shaft part 5 of a bit 4 side via a coiled pressing and regulating spring 6 which is the elastic member. The dust generated by stripping, i.e., the pollutants are guided into a dust collector directly by the negative pressure in a chamber R or by being caught between the meshes of an annular brush 14 and being sucked by the air flow admitted between the meshes when the wall surface is stripped to a prescribed depth by the bits 4 of the chipping machine 1. The pollutants are thereby collected and recovered. The pressing and regulating spring 6 absorbs the impact by the blow of the chipping machine 1 and prevents transfer of the impact to a rubber hood 12, thus improving the workability.
