Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated plate free from warp generation by stacking a long metal foil on the surface of a required number of long bases impregnated with resin and a mold-parting type film on the other surface, then allowing these stacked bases to pass through a space between an upper and a lower arranged laminating roll and cutting a continuously moving long strip-like laminated product to the specified size after curing process and further removing the mold-parting type film following after- curing operation. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive side of a 0.035mm-thick copper foil 2 with an adhesive layer is stacked over the upper surface of four long bases impregnated with resin 1 consisting of long 1050mm-wide, 0.15mm-thick glass cloth impregnated with 45% of unsaturated polyester resin in an opposite position to a long base impregnated with resin 1. In addition, 0.035mm-thick aluminum foil 3 is stacked over the lower surface of these four bases 1, then this long stripe-like laminated product is allowed to pass through a space between upper and lower laminating rolls and then is cured by a curing furnace 6 at 160 deg.C under contact pressure after being sent there. The thermally deforming temperature of this cured product is 90 deg.C. Next, the cured product is cut into 1000X1000mm size pieces using a cutter 7, then is heated at 100 deg.C by a heating furnace 8. Finally, the aluminum foil 3 is removed to obtain a 0.8mm-thick laminated plate with one surface copper-plated. |
