description PURPOSE:To make waste liquid a stable solid body by passing radioactive waste liquid through the first process for dialysis and separating eluent and species, the second process for decompo sition into organic chelate component and species, the third, fourth and fifth processes for coprecipitation the species, membrane separating and chelate processing and the sixth process for wave heating. CONSTITUTION:Waste resin with high radioactivity is charged in a waste resin elution tank 1, and acid elution gent is passed through the tank 1, and the waste elution liquid is sent to a waste liquid tank 2. The waste resin is taken out of the tank 1, burned and solidified. The eluate in the tank 2 is separated into acid eluent component and radioactive species with an electrodialysis device 3 in the first process. The waste liquid in the tank 2 is sent to an acid decomposing reaction tank 5 in the second process, added by oxidating agent and bubble extiguisher and heated to decompose organic chelate component and the like. The decomposing process liquid is added y pH regulator and coprecipitation posessing agent in a coprecipitation and aggregation process tank 6 in the third process for coprecipitation and aggreagation. The species ions in the supernatant liquid is chelated in a membrane separation device 7 and chelating process tower 8 in the fourth and fifth process. The coprecipitation liquid, back washing liquid and recovered liquid in tanks 6, 7, 8 are solidified in a mu wave heating device 9.
