Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a curing device for a coating agent applied on an optical fiber so designed that the surface temperature of a lamp is uniformly made to fall and stabilized without varying in the wavelength of emitted light. CONSTITUTION:A microwave cavity 6 is formed by a reflective mirror 13, and an electrodeless lamp 12 is placed at the 1st focus, while coated optical fibers F are located at the 2nd focus. The lamp is then revolved around its longer direction as the axis while blowing cooling wind onto the lamp from a specified direction.
