description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an inorganic wall-coating material consisting essentially of sludge of crushed stone and excellent in weather resistance, chemical resistance and thermal resistance, and to obtain the inorganic wall-coating material and a wall material coated with the wall-coating material. SOLUTION: The objective inorganic wall-coating material is produced by forming a main material by firing fine powder and/or selected particles of sludge of a crashed stone at a temperature range of about 400-1,200 deg.C, on the other hand, forming a coloring wall material by adding a pigment for ceramics to fine powder sludge of quartz sand sludge, wet kneading the added material, dehydrating and drying the kneaded material, forming the dried material into a powder and oxidatively firing the powder at 1000 deg.C and uniformly mixing last both of main material and the coloring wall material in the method for producing the inorganic wall-coating material. The wall material is obtained by previously performing a coating treatment of the wall-coating material. The wall-coating material is produced at a low production and processing cost and without requiring a skillful processing technique. The wall-coating material is preferable for environmental preservation and resources saving because of utilization of unused waste resources. |
