Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a functionally gradient material having a composition gradient by obtaining a mixture slurry by using a plurality of materials which are not dissolved solidly in each other and have different particle sizes, and centrifugally separating or precipitating to separate the slurry to form sludge in which solvent is removed. CONSTITUTION:Powder of CaTiO3 and MgTiO3 of 99% or more of purity is prepared as a material, 50g of CaTiO3, 50g of MgTiO3, 200cc of water, 3g of vinyl acetate binder and 100g of PSZ gems and stones are filled in a polyester pot, and mixed by a ball mill to obtain slurry. Then, a sample vessel 1 for a centrifugal separator in which a vessel 2 of a thin film is inserted, is prepared, slurry 3 is fed thereinto, centrifugally separated, generated supernatant liquid is removed, and naturally dried to obtain a rodlike solid matter. Thereafter, after the film is peeled, the matter is cold hydrostatically molded to obtain a rodlike molded form. This form is heated in the air, and after the binder is burned, it is fired in air to obtain a rodlike sintered material 4. |
