Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To contrive the propagation by adhering of family Laminaria plant and genus Sargassums and by assisting growth, by forming a groove-like depressed part on the surface of a block main body, providing a small groove and installing a propagating material capable of eluting divalent iron, etc., on the depressed part. CONSTITUTION: A groove-like depressed part 16 having a large edge angle part 14 is formed on the surface of a block main body 12 and a comparatively small groove 18 is provided adjacently to the depressed part 16. Further, a propagating material 20 (preferably a platy propagating material formed by mixing a glassy material having iron component containing divalent iron with a cement mortar and curing) capable of eluting divalent iron, etc., on the groove- like depressed part 16 to obtain a propagating structure for useful sea weeds in a sunk block.
