All output terminals MC1k to MC20k of the detection circuit DC are connected with a display circuit DP. By the output of the circuit DP, a display device 201 displaying a memory cell in which start signals are outputted or a used memory cell is driven. In this case, a segment corresponding to the used memory cell colors by receiving the output signal of the detection circuit DC. |
