Zusammenfassung: | To provide a new method for producing a heat conducting film.SOLUTION: There is provided a production method for obtaining a heat conductive film in which plate-like particles are dispersed into a resin by flowing a slurry containing plate-like particles and a resin into a molding channel. Specifically speaking, an orientation channel composed of a narrow flow channel narrower than the molding channel is provided on an upstream side of the molding channel. The narrow flow channel forming the orientation channel may be single or plural. The orientation channel preferably has a cross-sectional shape with a flow channel index (K=(t/w)1/2×(1-2f/t)) of 0.3 to 3 calculated from a height of the narrow flow channel (t), a width of the narrow flow channel (w) and a size of plate-like particles (f). The plate-like particles are, for example, boron nitride particles in which heat conductivity (λ1) in an in-plane direction is larger than heat conductivity (λ2) in a plate thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】熱伝導フィルムの新たな製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、板状粒子と樹脂を含むスラリーを成形路へ流入させて、板状粒子が樹脂中に分散した熱伝導フィルムを得る製造方法である。具体的にいうと、その成形路の上流側に成形路よりも狭幅な狭流路からなる配向路を設ける。配向路を構成する狭流路は、単数でも複数でもよい。配向路は、狭流路の高さ(t)、狭流路の幅(w)、板状粒子のサイズ(f)から算出される流路指数(K=(t/w)1/2×(1-2f/t))が0.3~3となる断面形状であるとよい。板状粒子は、例えば、面内方向の熱伝導率(λ1)が板厚方向の熱伝導率(λ2)よりも大きい窒化ホウ素粒子である。【選択図】図2 |
