To appropriately set a prescribed first region range including a front vehicle.SOLUTION: A light distribution control device includes: an imaging device 20 capable of imaging a front vehicle existing in front of own vehicle; a headlight 30 capable of emitting the front region of the own vehicle; and a control unit 10 capable of executing light distribution control of controlling the light distribution of the headlight 30 so that a prescribed first region including the front vehicle and a prescribed second region that is a region other than the first region are emitted with different illuminances, on the basis of a picked-up image obtained by imaging the front of the own vehicle.
