Zusammenfassung:	To provide a novel functional composition having an excellent effect in improving symptoms caused by excessive salt intake.SOLUTION: This functional composition contains lecithin as an active ingredient and improves at least one symptom selected from elevated blood pressure, reduced social behavior, reduced cognitive function, increased inflammatory response, and increased phosphorylation of tau protein, which are caused by excessive salt intake, the lecithin being lysolecithin, the lysophosphatidylcholine concentration in the lecithin being 50 mass% or more, the composition being in the form of a food or beverage, a food additive, or a supplement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】食塩の過剰摂取に起因する症状の改善に優れる、新規な機能性組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本機能性組成物は、レシチンを有効成分として含有し、食塩の過剰摂取に起因する、血圧の上昇、社会性行動の低下、認知機能の低下、炎症反応の増大、および、タウタンパクのリン酸化亢進から選択される少なくとも１つの症状を改善し、レシチンはリゾレシチンであり、レシチン中のリゾホスファチジルコリン濃度は５０質量％以上であり、飲食品、食品添加物、またはサプリメントの形態である。【選択図】図３
