To provide a cured coating film for a water section house facility apparatus which is excellent in antifouling property such as water scale, sebum and hair dyeing, and easily dries water.SOLUTION: A cured coating film for a water section house facility apparatus contains a hydrophilic resin (A) containing a quaternary ammonium salt and a hydroxyl group, a binder resin (B) containing a hydroxyl group, and a curing agent (C), where the binder resin (B) is a cured coating film obtained from a curable coating composition having a solubility parameter (SP) value of 10.4 to 11.5, and the cured coating film has a dynamic glass transition temperature (dynamic Tg) of 80 to 140°C, crosslinking density of 0.9 to 2.5 mmol/cc and a water contact angle of 65° or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は水垢、皮脂、毛染めなどに対する防汚性に優れ、さらに水も乾きやすいという特徴を有する水回り住宅機器用硬化塗膜を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、４級アンモニウム塩および水酸基を含有した親水性樹脂(Ａ）、水酸基を含有したバインダー樹脂（Ｂ）および硬化剤（Ｃ）を含有し、前記バインダー樹脂（Ｂ）が溶解性パラメータ（ＳＰ）値１０．４～１１．５を有する硬化性塗料組成物から得られた硬化塗膜であり、前記硬化塗膜が、動的ガラス転移温度（動的Ｔｇ）８０℃～１４０℃、架橋密度０．９～２．５ｍｍｏｌ／ｃｃおよび水接触角６５°以下を有する、ことを特徴とする水回り住宅設備機器用硬化塗膜を提供する。【選択図】なし
