To provide a tactile sense presentation device and a tactile sense presentation system capable of presenting a high quality tactile sense without preventing exposure of a finger belly.SOLUTION: According to the present technique, a tactile sense presentation device includes an appliance and a stress generation part. The appliance is attached to a finger, has an action part, and exposes a finger belly.
