To provide a spiral pile operation tool allowing smoother screwing of a spiral pile into the ground or drawing out from the ground.SOLUTION: A spiral pile operation tool 1 includes a body 2, and a holding part 3 connected to the body 2. The body 2 includes: an inserted part 5 defining an insertion space A for inserting a spiral pile S; and a rotation restriction member 6 fitted to an inner peripheral face of the inserted part 5. The rotation restriction member 6 abuts on the spiral pile S and restricts rotation of the spiral pile S in relation to the inserted part 5.
