The circuit support body is inserted through an insertion opening. The sensor housing is coupled to the connector housing via a third interface 7. The circuit support body is pre-fixed at an end portion of the sensor housing. A guide member guides the circuit support body on a first side, and a spring member contacts a second surface and presses to fix the circuit support body.
