Zusammenfassung:To reduce surface pressure to a contact end part when a rotor shaft is press-fitted, as compared with a conventional rotor core.SOLUTION: In a rotor core 10, a shaft hole 20 press-fitted by a rotor shaft is punched along a central axis C1. A key 22 and hollow parts 24 are formed on an inner peripheral surface of the shaft hole 20. The key 22 projects towards the central axis C1. The hollow parts 24 are provided at the opposite sides of the key 22 in the circumferential direction and form dents on the radial outside of an inner peripheral surface 26 which contacts with the press-fitted rotor shaft and do not contact with the rotor shaft. Also in the rotor core 10, a long hole 30 which extends in the circumferential direction is punched from a contact end part 28 which is the switching portion between the inner peripheral surface 26 and the hollow part 24 to include a part separated to the outside in the predetermined wall thickness radial direction. The long hole 30 extends by a first angle θ1 to the key 22 side with respect to a base line L1 intersecting with the central axis C1 and the contact end part 28, and extends by a second angle θ2 on a side opposite to the key 22 side. The long hole 30 is punched such that the angle θ2 is equal to or larger than the first angle θ1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】従来のロータコアと比較して、ロータシャフト圧入時の接触端部への面圧を低減可能とする。【解決手段】ロータコア10は、ロータシャフトが圧入されるシャフト孔20が中心軸C1に沿って穿孔される。シャフト孔20の内周面には、キー22及び窪み部24が形成される。キー22は中心軸C1に向かって突設する。窪み部24は、キー22の周方向両側に設けられ、圧入されたロータシャフトと接する内周接触面26よりも径方向外側に窪みロータシャフトとは非接触となる。またロータコア10には、内周接触面26と窪み部24との切り替わり部分である接触端部28から、所定の肉厚分径方向外側に離隔した箇所を含んで、周方向に延設される長孔30が穿孔される。長孔30は、中心軸C1及び接触端部28と交わる基準線L1に対してキー22側に第一角度θ1分延設されるとともに、キー22側とは反対側に第二角度θ2分延設される。第二角度θ2は第一角度θ1以上となるように、長孔30が穿孔される。【選択図】図3
