Zusammenfassung:	To provide a vehicular control apparatus capable of shortening charging time of a battery when a my-room mode is set.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning ECU 80 is used for a vehicle 10 that includes a traveling battery 11 rechargeable by a power supply facility and an air-conditioner 40 for air-conditioning inside a cabin 12.
