Zusammenfassung: | To provide porous PAI capable of improving film strength and solvent resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided porous polyamide imide (PAI) comprising anhydrous trimellitic acid (TMA) as an acid component and o-tolidine diisocyanate (TODI) as an isocyanate component, where the porous PAI has porosity of 75 vol.% or more and an insoluble ratio, as determined by following measurement, is 30% or more. The insoluble ratio is a value calculated by a following formula by measuring mass of insoluble matter after dissolution treatment of porous PAI in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone of 200 times mass of the porous PAI at 100°C for 2 hours. Insoluble ratio (%)=[Mi/Mf]×100 (in the formula, Mi and Mf respectively represent the mass (g) of insoluble matter after the dissolution treatment and the mass (g) of PAI before the dissolution treatment.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】膜強度と耐溶剤性の向上を図ることができる多孔質PAIの提供。【解決手段】酸成分として無水トリメリット酸(TMA)、イソシアネート成分としてo-トリジンジイソシアネート(TODI)を用いたポリアミドイミド(PAI)を含有し、気孔率が75体積%以上であり、以下の測定により得られる不溶率が30%以上であることを特徴とする多孔質PAI。不溶率:多孔質PAIを、その質量の200倍のN-メチル-2-ピロリドン中、100℃、2時間溶解処理した後、不溶分質量を測定することで、下記式により算出される値。不溶率(%)=[Mi/Mf]×100(式中、Miは溶解処理後の不溶分質量(g)、Mfは溶解処理前のPAI質量(g)を示す。)【選択図】なし |
