Zusammenfassung:To provide a method capable of improving material allocation within a prescribed period by streamlining allocation of a plurality of materials used for TVCM in the period.SOLUTION: A device 100 receives, from a user terminal 110, material data representing a plurality of materials, advertising space data for every one or more television stations and allocation rules of the plurality of materials (S201 to S202). The device 100 allocates, with regard to each i (1≤i≤n (n is an integer of 2 or greater)), any of the plurality of materials to each set of advertising spaces, and executes a process of calculating a total GRP for every material, for an i-th set of allocations including Mi (Mi is an integer of 2 or greater) allocations.
