To provide a technology that can further improve the heating efficiency of a heat medium.SOLUTION: A heating apparatus includes a first heat generating member that has a hollow structure and generates heat when energized, a second heat generating member that has a hollow structure and generates heat when energized, and a casing that houses the first heat generating member and the second heat generating member and has a flow path through which a heat medium flows.
