Zusammenfassung:To decrease the length of fraying of yarn even when yarn of conductive cloth is frayed.SOLUTION: A steering wheel is configured such that first yarn 24 and second yarn 26 are sewn to form a sensor electrode 22. Here, recesses 22B are disposed on the outer circumference of the sensor electrode 22. The first yarn 24 is cut by the recesses 22B. Therefore, the length of the first yarn 24 on the inner side of the outer circumference of the sensor electrode 22 can be decreased.
