Zusammenfassung: | To obtain a printing ink composition for soft packaging laminate that does not generate guide roll removal in printing, is excellent in adhesiveness, blocking resistance and retort resistance, and is excellent in reproducibility of dots even when the printing is performed under high temperature and high humidity environment.SOLUTION: A printing ink composition for soft packaging laminates containing a pigment, a binder resin containing a polyurethane resin, and an organic solvent, wherein the polyurethane resin is a printing ink composition for soft packaging laminates that satisfies the following conditions (1) to (3). Conditions (1) The polyurethane resin is obtained by reacting a polyol component, an isocyanate component, a polyamine component containing a polyalkylene polyamine, and a component containing an amino alcohol component. (2) The polyurethane resin contains at least one of a primary amino group or a secondary amino group at the end, and contains a hydroxyl group at the end of the molecule and at a site other than the end of the molecule. (3) The polyurethane resin has an amine value of 1.00 to 13.00 mgKOH/g and a hydroxyl value of 0.50 to 12.00 mgKOH/g.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】印刷時においてガイドロール取られが発生せず、接着性、耐ブロッキング性及び耐レトルト性に優れ、たとえ高温高湿環境下で印刷を行っても網点の再現性が良好となる軟包装用ラミネート用印刷インキ組成物を得ること。【解決手段】顔料と、ポリウレタン樹脂含有バインダー樹脂と、有機溶剤とを含む軟包装用ラミネート用印刷インキ組成物であって、ポリウレタン樹脂は、下記条件(1)~(3)を満たす軟包装用ラミネート用印刷インキ組成物。条件(1)ポリウレタン樹脂は、ポリオール成分と、イソシアネート成分と、ポリアルキレンポリアミンを含有するポリアミン成分と、アミノアルコール成分を含む成分を反応させて得られるポリウレタン樹脂。(2)ポリウレタン樹脂は、末端に第1級アミノ基または第2級アミノ基の少なくともいずれか一方を含み、且つ分子末端及び分子末端以外の部位に水酸基を含有する。(3)ポリウレタン樹脂のアミン価が1.00~13.00mgKOH/g、水酸基価が0.50~12.00mgKOH/gである。【選択図】なし |
