The nano bubble generation structures comprise a venturi passage including, an inflow part, a contraction part, and an outflow part. The contraction part is formed of a hole whose cross section is a polygonal shape, the inflow part is preferably formed of an inner face of a pyramid whose cross section is a polygonal shape and is reduced in a diameter following a flowing direction and is connected to the contraction part.
