To provide a lens barrel that has a smaller number of components, and includes a compact stationary lens holding structure.SOLUTION: A lens barrel comprises: a movable lens; a lens moving frame that holds the movable lens; a stationary lens; a stationary lens frame that holds the stationary lens; a guide bar for moving the lens moving frame in a direction parallel to an optical axis; and a housing that holds the guide bar. The stationary lens frame includes a sleeve part provided with a first hole.
